You can name it.
Every approval still waits for you. One manager escalates everything. A process falls over whenever a certain person is away. Client issues find their way to your desk, however many people sit between you and the client.
You've tried fixing it. It keeps coming back.
That's usually because the fix went at the symptom. The Owner Bottleneck Review goes after what's driving it.
What you get
Before we meet
A few short questions when you book, so we spend the session on the problem, not the background.
The session
90 minutes on Google Meet, working through one problem: where it shows up, where it starts, and what's keeping it in place. A manager or business partner is welcome to join.
Your priority plan
Within three business days, a short written plan: the constraint, what's driving it, and three immediate priorities, each with who should own it and the first step.
Is this right for you?
It's a good fit if
- You can point to one specific problem that keeps landing back with you.
- You want an independent view before you hire, restructure or buy another system.
- You'd rather fix one thing properly than start a big project.
It's not the right fit if
- The problems are everywhere and you can't point to one. The Business Foundations Review is built for that.
- You already know the fix and need help making it happen. That's an Implementation Project.
- You need HR, legal or financial advice.
What it doesn't include.
One constraint, not five. If other issues come up, I'll note them for you, but the session stays on the one that matters most. The Review doesn't include writing procedures or role descriptions, setting up systems, or staff interviews. If you want help putting the plan in place afterwards, we can talk about that. There's no obligation.

Common questions
Do I need to do this before the Business Foundations Review?
No. They're separate options. Choose the one that fits the size of the problem.
What if I'm not sure it's one problem?
Book a 15-minute fit conversation and we'll work out which option suits you, if either does.
Can someone from my team join?
Yes. A manager or business partner is welcome, and it often helps the priorities stick.
What happens after the session?
You'll have a plan you can act on yourself. If the session shows the problem is bigger than one constraint, I'll tell you, and we can talk about what would help. There's no obligation.
